Hi there! I'm looking for a considerate and quiet roommate to share my comfortable, two-story, 3-bedroom townhouse with all utilities incuded. It's just me here, so you'd be my only housemate!

You'll essentially have your own private sanctuary within the home, featuring:

Your own spacious bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed

A private attached master bathroom

A large walk-in closet

A flat screen TV

And even your own private balcony!

One of the best perks is that all utilities are included (WiFi, electric, gas, high speed internet and some chanels) in the rent, which could save you at least two hundred dollars a month.

We'll also benefit from professional maid service every three weeks for deep cleaning. The complex has a refreshing pool for hot days, and we'll share a two-car garage.

I work early and value a peaceful home environment, so I'm usually in bed early and keep things quiet. I'm looking for a roommate who appreciates a similar lifestyle – no drama, and definitely no parties. Lease would be for a minimum of months.
