I’m looking for a roommate in a bath apartment. It’s super charming and very close to downtown in Laurel park.

The larger room is available Oct or late September. The other bedroom shown is the smaller bedroom. Rent is $ and utilities are generally $/person. The bed, including the mattress, in the first two photos is also available for sale for $. The mattress is Tuft and Needle.

There is an application process that I’m happy to detail if you’re interested. Cats and cat-like dogs are welcome. Ha.
