Room Listing:

Hey my name is Tyler. I’m currently a junior at NC State in architecture and I’m
looking for a college roommate to fill a spot in my condo for a school year or two. The lease term is: August – July (option to renew).

Located in Trailwood Heights, just south of min from Centennial Campus and 7 min from main campus). The condo is a bath, so you’d have your own room and bathroom. Common spaces are furnished, and included full size washer and dryer in the unit. Available bedroom is not furnished. HOA fee includes cable, internet, parking, trash removal and access to outdoor pool. Preferably no smoking and no pets.

The space itself is a second floor end unit making it more quiet and private. It is air conditioned, and has been recently upgraded with fresh paint, new flooring, lighting and appliances.

Rent would be $/month ($ security deposit due with first month’s rent) and utilities would be split between us around $/month.
