room for rent walk to u of c

Description

Hi I have a two rooms available in the nw next to u of c. There are 2 trains stations, a mall and u of c and sait within walking distance. I have a 4 month old german shepherd puppy and foster cats in the house. I am looking for a clean roommate or 2. I am a super clean neat person. I am fussy about it to the point that i generally do the cleaning cause i never feel its clean enough. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. The larger room in the Pic is a month and there is a smaller one for . I work alot so generally in my down time I am watching TV or cooking.
