My current roommate and I are looking for one more roommate to take an unfurnished bedroom in a very bright and spacious bath apartment in Astoria! I've lived in this unit for 7 years and have a very good rapport with our landlord. I'm F and my roommate is M. We're very clean, relatively quiet but enjoy chatting after work. We both work full time jobs that are hybrid, so we're in and out of the apartment frequently.

Utilities: Electric and internet will range from $ish depending on the season

Closet: not pictured, but fairly spacious

Bathroom sink is shared with one other roommate (yo male), and shower is shared by all three tenants (you, yo female)

No couples

No pets

Large, spacious, and will be furnished as seen in these photos

Kitchen is large, tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher

Multiple storage closets, and plenty of space in the living areas to add storage furniture pieces if necessary

No laundry in building, but less that 5 minutes walking distance from multiple laundromats

Landlord is very responsive and keeps the building and unit well maintained
