Must be comfortable and okay with my bernedoodle! (Willing to accept a roommate who owns a single dog so long as the dog is potty trained and gets along with mine)

Shared bathroom on the second floor which is a full bathroom and a half bathroom on the first floor is available to tenant as well.

Looking to start lease August year.
Street parking is available (never an issue)

Must be willing to sign a contract/room rental lease agreement for the length of one year and/or 6 months minimum. (Month to month can be discussed after first term agreement)
