I am looking for two roommates. The room is in San Antonio off West Ave / Basse / I-. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on July .

There are two "suites" that are available in my house.

Suite 1 has two bedrooms right next to each other - perfect for someone who wants an office/gym and a bedroom. Next to these bedrooms is a shared (with me) bathroom and a common room you can also furnish if desired.

Suite 2 has one master bedroom with a private bathroom right next to it. There is a common room next to both which u may furnish as well if desired. The back entrance to the house is right there so you would have easy access to the backyard and may use that as your entrance if you want.

I don't drink or party at all, I'm just a gamer/internet nerd. I do vape. Vapers/ ok.

Cats who poop outside ok
Medium/Large dogs that don't bark often ok
