Hi all! I’m renting out my newly remodeled basement in Coon Rapids for $
plus utilities (split with me). Shared kitchen but you’d have your own bathroom, living room, bedroom, and laundry! A little about me—I’m and live alone with my dog, love spending time outside camping/hiking/gardening, enjoy working out, going out to breweries/dive bars, and reading.
