Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’m a young , easy going, love to have fun too kinda lady & so is my husband, James, he’s ! My husband & I live in Waterset, both retired, but busy & we’re looking for a roommate, male or female. We do own a cat, Misty, so we can’t have any other animals, even though we love them. We live in an area that’s close to everything you need! friendly, but would prefer to have it done outside, no cigarettes, the vapes I don’t mind. I Kimberly do own a business KJH Life Designs Inc (Mind Coach & Space Designer-Designs for Inspired Living). We would prefer a roommate that works full time, traveling nurses, etc., or goes to school/work during the day or if at night that’s fine too. If you’re retired or on disability that’s fine too. We’re pretty easy going. I have a 4 bedroom house & you would have your own private bedroom & bathroom, along with a bath right near your bedroom. Huge closet, with TV with cable & streaming apps (Netflix, Peacock, AMC+, Disney+ & more through Spectrum. You could even put a desk with chair in your room, if needed.
