One bedroom in Corona hills

Two story house in a quiet neighborhood. Located in Corona Hills off McKinley. We are renting the downstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom right next door to yours, with easy access to front door. No overnight guest allowed and you must be home for guest to come over. We do have two cats that for the most part, stay upstairs. You are able to park in the Far right driveway parking or street parking is also available. Can use kitchen and washer/dryer freely. Not allowed upstairs eveyone else lives upstairs and for the most part we don’t really come down , we all work and go to school.
