I am seeking a flatmate to replace our current flatmate who is moving out. The room is in a beautiful Condo at Balestier Road, right next to Shaw Plaza. A big common room is available from until (1 year lease with an option to renew afterwards). Looking for a like-minded individual to join. You’ll have your own personal washroom as well.

Very spacious living and dining area, with smart tv perfect for gaming, Netflix, Prime, etc.

We have all the important amenities in the house like Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, rice cooker, washing machine, dryer, air-drying space and a mini bar. Bi-weekly cleaning of house.



Plus points of this location:-

1) Shaw Plaza (2 mins walk) offers FairPrice, restaurants, cinemas, Watsons, salons, and more.

2) Numerous stores and restaurants within a walking distance of mins (ABC restaurant, , Indian grocery stores)

3) Central location with direct access to CBD, East and West Singapore.

4) Whampoa Hawker center ( mins walk).

5)Bus stops are within 2 min walk from the condo

6) Direct buses to CBD, SMU, Farrer Park, Little India, Boon Keng, etc.



Guest visits allowed.

Condo amenities include a gym, pool, tennis court, BBQ pit, and function room.
