I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Citadel Apartments in Albuquerque, New Mexico, starting September 1st (negotiable by weeks earlier if absolutely necessary) and ending October st. We would talk and then do the official channels if you're interested. bathroom, swamp cooler and heat, on the first floor. Despite being on two major streets, it's pretty quiet! Rent is $/month, all utilities and internet included, it's gated, comes with internet and direct tv hookup, and there's parking passes available. Laundry on . Very close to UNMH, UNM, and Q lot (the parking lot with a shuttle that gets you to both). DM me!
