Looking for University of Alberta students aged to lease a place together at the Hendrix. The rent would be around $ each plus utilities (approximately $ each). This is a very good deal, so I’m looking for stable individuals. Both will have a private bathroom. Before signing, we can meet at a coffee shop. I am a pretty outgoing person, but we would also set boundaries. You should be clean and respectful. I am a second-year Computer Science student at the University of Alberta. I like hiking, biking, and traveling. There will be only two people living in the apartment: me and the roommate.
