My friend is looking for someone to take over her lease (Aug ) at Uncommon Reno. This will be one of the bedrooms in a , and monthly rent is $ (water/trash fee included -- we will cover the relet fee). The apartment is on the top floor corner, with an amazing view of Rancho San Raphael Park. The bedroom comes fully furnished, private ensuite bathroom, spacious closet, in-unit washer/dryer, and lots of natural sunlight. Being a unit, this room is one of the few that comes with smart TV in individual bedrooms, upgraded soundbar, and under-counter lighting.

Uncommon Reno is conveniently located on N. Virginia St, just across the street from the university. This property comes with many amenities, such as -hr gym, free printing service, buffet-style breakfast with coffee bar, rooftop grill/hot tub, private study rooms, pool table/lounge area, and many more. The management team also host monthly events for the residents (BBQ, painting night, etc.).
