Private room for rent (CAN MOVE IN NOW!)

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a female roommate to share this two bedroom, bathroom townhome with me near Johnson Mill. Rent is $ a month plus utilities which usually comes out to about $ per person. I am a working professional and a non-smoker, I have a pretty busy life so I go to bed relatively early, nothing crazy though! I would prefer someone in a similar stage of life! I also have pets, I have a friendly small dog and bunny rabbit, so you would have to get along with them as well haha, although I am always around when my dog is out.

Anyway, I’m super chill so shoot me a message if you are interested. I need to give my current landlord a notice if I am resigning by the th of June, though I may try to push it back if I can. You would be free to move at some point in August, but if you’re desperate to move earlier there is some flexibility !
