Master Bedroom in Updated Row Home

Hello! The master bedroom of this updated row home will be available starting in September. It’s a large row home with one full bathroom and one half bath. The kitchen was updated and there is central heating and air conditioning. The room is large and has two closets and big windows. There is laundry in the basement. My roommate and I are both women in our twenties, and we’d prefer a woman around our age (LGBTQ inclusive). Gas, water, and electric are not included, and are split between roommates. It can be less, but generally averages out to around $ a month, just to factor that in. Internet and an alarm system are included. There is street parking, which usually isn’t too bad.
