Hey there! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy, creative home in Alhambra starting Wednesday, August th. We both take pole dance classes and would love another pole gal to join our home! Our neighborhood is quiet and suburban, with quick access to the freeways, and minutes from DTLA and South Pasadena.

🛏️ The Room:
You’ll be taking over the main bedroom, complete with your own private bathroom. There’s also a bonus nook between the bedroom and bathroom that works perfectly as a home office or spacious walk-in closet.

💸 The Details:
• Rent: $/month + utilities (about $/month)
• Deposit: $ (goes to the roommate moving out—this was set in the original lease)
• Lease: 1-year commitment
• Requirements: Credit score of + and proof of income (standard pre-approval through our leasing company)

• In-unit washer + dryer
• Detached garage (for parking and storage)
• Plenty of easy street parking
• Spacious layout with 3 living areas—including a shared workout/pole space
• Backyard with blooming roses + lounge chairs for soaking up the sun
• Fully stocked kitchen (we share appliances and condiments—plus you’ll have your own fridge shelf + cupboard)

You’ll be living with two working female professionals who both work from home and take pole dancing classes regularly.
• Chrystal is a social butterfly and works as product photographer.
• Aja is a shy gal who works in healthcare insurance.

🌱🌈 & LGBTQIA+ friendly! The vibe here is relaxed and quiet.

🐱 Aja has an incredibly sweet but anxious kitty cat named Red, who loves to meow loudly when he wants cuddles. He’s also very food motivated and because of his nature, we sadly can’t have other cats in the home.
