Roommate wanted for shared housing in South LA. We have a three bedroom / one bath house with a large room available. The rent is $ for utilities and supplies = $ monthly. The house has a kitchen that is fully equipped. You have access to the backyard which has a fire pit, patio furniture and a grill. There’s parking in the front of the house. The room has a ceiling fan, a mini fridge a full size bed along desk and television. It’s very comfortable and cozy. There are already three residents in the house who are very nice and easy to get along with.
