Spare room for rent ASAP!

Description

Looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my apartment. The apartment is a bath with a washer/dryer in unit. We are four twenty friendly and we have cats in the apartment. The master bedroom is already occupied so you'll be getting the other bedroom across the hall from me. You'll be sharing a bathroom with me and the kitchen area is for anyone to use, we like to keep the kitchen area clean so please clean after yourself. We have air fryers and a slow cooker if you love to cook meals. We also have a balcony that no one uses but it's there. Rent includes ALL utilities like water, electricity and wifi. We have very good internet, the internet is att fiber so we have amazing download and upload speeds if you work from home. The apartment is located ten minutes from MCO airport, twenty minutes from universal studios and thirty minutes from Disney. The
expressway ramp is a two
minute drive since we live close to landstar blvd. We have many pharmacies and grocery stories nearby and it's a very quiet neighborhood in all honesty. I need to find someone by the end of this month so if you are interested please let me know! Also room is not furnished, this is my roommates stuff that she is taking when she moves out!
