Hello! I’m just really looking for someone to take over my lease, with the move-in date being this August 8 or later if you need. The monthly rent is $, but if you don’t have a guarantee, it’s $. There is a lease transfer fee that I will cover after you agreed to sign the lease with the office, and they get back through text message very very quickly so we can sort it all out together or in a conference call.
