Hello, my name is Abdiel. I am a -year-old gay Latino professional. I am looking for a roommate, preferably a male roommate to occupy a spare room in our home located in Bloomfield, NJ, near Brookdale Park. The room is available starting September 1st at a monthly rent of $.
The room is unfurnished, and the bathroom will be shared with other residents. You will have access to common areas such as the kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. Cooking appliances and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Our home is conveniently located near Montclair and Nutley, within walking distance of Brookdale Park, with easy access to public transportation routes leading to Manhattan. Driveway parking is available for an additional fee.

Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. My partner and I have our own cats, and we do not accept any additional pets.

Ideal candidates are working professionals who are clean, respectful, and LGBTQ-friendly, as the house is owned by a gay couple. To move in, a first month's rent, a security deposit equivalent to one and a half months' rent, a background check, and proof of income are required. Utilities are not included in the rent cost.
