Hi there! My name is Katy (F). I’m looking for a room in the Marina/ North Beach/ Russian Hill/ Pac Heights neighborhoods. I’m moving early August for work (I work in biotech). I prefer female roommates but am okay with male roommates as well. I also prefer roommates in their s. I like clean spaces and don’t mind if you have pets. I like when my roommates are my friends and not just people I live with.
