The apartment has heat, AC, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, dryer, and patio for amenities. The area is very walkable with grocery (Whole Foods, Target, King Soopers), tons of restaurants, a library, a acre park, gyms, a movie theater, and shopping all within mile. The lease would be for months, although shorter terms like month are available for a higher cost. Looking for a roomate in their s who is relatively clean and friendly. We don’t have to be best friends, but it would be nice to be sociable! I’m an environmental engineer who enjoys playing music, reading, writing, outdoor activities, TV, video games, cooking, and discovering new places!
