We have an open unfurnished room in our 4 bedroom home and we’re looking for a clean, respectful roommate preferably in their twenties to move in! Open to male or female :) Room is unfurnished and the rest of the home is furnished

✨ Details:
• Rent: $ for utilities
• Move-in Date: July - August
• Location: Crossroads are Cloverdale and Amity in Boise
• Room: Private unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom (with one male roommate, who is usually never home lol)
• Lease: month lease.
• A background check will be completed a long with application - small fee required for this.

🐶 No additional pets – we already have one dog!

🏠 About the House:
• Spacious shared living room and kitchen
• Washer/dryer in-unit
• Backyard with a fire pit
• On-street parking available/First come first serve driveway parking spots

👫 About Us:
We’re a couple in our twenties and one other male roommate. The house stays pretty quiet during the week — we all work and keep to ourselves — but we like to hang out on the weekends and host the occasional fire + drinks night with friends. I go to Boise State, would love to have another Bronco in the house 💙
