ISO room+pvt bath+great ppl (,M)

Looking for a great situation. Recently moved out of a 4 br home in Sherman oaks that I personally held the lease for for over 7 years. I have tried to live alone, but even in my age, have found greater joy in living with the right people in the right scenario. No pets, financially stable, established and well connected in LA. I’m posting here because I genuinely hope there might be an amazing opportunity/alignment, even if it is initially outside of my direct network. I work outside of home, travel often, love to have a good time within reason and am accustomed to keeping a clean and relaxing environment at home. Ideally, I’d like to have 2 other roomates, and would like one bedroom and a private bath. But I am open to any situation if you believe I might be a good candidate for what I hope isn’t already amazing living situation. I’m also open to finding roommates to secure a new place. Hoping to continue the conversation and cheers to strangers that fall directly in sync!
