I'm looking to find a roommate to fill in one of my side bedrooms. The room comes fully furnished with a dresser, bed, TV, and a work desk.

No couples
No pets
Must have a vehicle and drive
Must have a job
No criminal background. ( I will check before you move in )

The utilities are included in rent. So you just pay the flat rent fee and we're good!

Bathroom does get shared with 1 other tenant.

I have the fastest fiber internet, the house is always quiet, huge backyard with swing, and I offer many bonuses with your rent. Such as, toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, laundry supplies.
