About us:
We're a father and daughter looking for someone with whom to share our home. I'm a year old, work-from-home content strategist. My daughter is about to start her freshman year of college. We have a good relationship and can respect anyone who prefers to be on their own or who enjoys lively conversation.

Ideal roommate:
- student or working professional
- someone clean, respectful, and kind
- can pass a background check
- must love cats (or at least be comfortable around them)
- friendly

For my daughter's comfort, we prefer a female roommate.
