Hi there Bend friends:

I'm looking for 1 (one) roommate to move into my beautiful East Bend home, at your earliest convenience. The house is a single-level home of about 1,500 square feet, located between St. Charles Hospital and Big Sky Park off Neff Rd. I'm renting out 2 bedrooms of the house to one person, since each room is on the smaller side (90sq ft). This would be ideal for someone who works from home and appreciates a home office, or just for someone who doesn't mind spreading out a bit.

-2 clean and safe rooms on your own side of the house, each 90 sq ft. (unfurnished)
-1 closet per room (one standard, one walk-in)
-Your own personal full-sized bathroom
-Fully furnished living room with big screen TV and fire place
-Fully furnished eat-in kitchen with all the cool appliances
-Furnished private movie/gaming room with big screen TV and PS5
-Modest 2-car garage gym and workbench (including ski-waxing station)

-Clean and pretty quiet (extroverted introvert)

-You'll have to fill out a rental application including income verification and references through Central Oregon Leasing Management.
