Queer friendly room Aug

Hi, there! We are looking for a queer friend roommate to live in the 3rd bedroom of our apartment unit. The rent is exactly what it says, but you will have to have renters insurance and we normally get hit with an electric fee. It says how much that is below. Get more information on how you can be qualified by doing an application. Before you pay for the application fee I want to describe the kinda
roommate we are looking for. That way we know if it’s a good fit. We need a person who isn’t homophobic or transphobic. Seeing as we both are queer/ trans. We need someone without a pet. But someone who is okay with a well behaved cat and dog being here. We need someone who’s okay with only having over night guests about 5 times a week. My older roommate the trans woman( born a male but identifies as a woman) has her son over most weekends. But her son is grown not a small child. We need someone who isn’t going to bring a ton of furniture because the place is already furnished. Your room has a bed, desk, and dressers.
This apartment is nice. We have 2 pools and two gyms. Both of us are pretty tidy people so we’d like the same. We don’t all have to be friends we just simply need to respect each other and everyone’s bedroom, bathroom, and wellbeing.
