One large bedroom for rent in two bedroom apartment. Will have sole use of guest bathroom, and shared use of common shower. Kitchen, dining, living room, balcony garden, ample closet space. Located up one full flight of stairs, no elevator, has a/c. Fully furnished, ideal for international or exchange student. Located min drive from school, or minute transit, with frequent all day bus immediately outside ($ yearly transit pass available). Rent includes all utilities.

about me:
Late s Canadian, chill, post-grad in fine art. Enjoys keeping tidy, clean, minimalist home environment. Cooks dinner for friends weekly, otherwise keeps the home quiet. Has strong views about politics, human rights, and respecting others. Lives with most delightful, albeit very meowy tiny housemate.

about you:
Kind, considerate human, with experience living well with others. Able to communicate proactively. Can maintain a clean and tidy shared environment (how you keep your bedroom is your business). Ideally over , no preference for gender or other identities, I have lived with lovely people from all over the world. Non smoker! Will be friend to tiny housemate, with pets considered on case-by-case basis.
