Hi, my name is Shaana . I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a tenant for one of my bedrooms in my house. The room is in Philadelphia. The monthly rent is $ and the room is fully furnished and available on July . I'm renting out a room in my bi-level .5 bath house. My house is located in Olde Kensington, connected to Fishtown and just across the street from Northern Liberties. The rent is , and your fully furnished bedroom will be on a separate floor from mine with a large in-room bathroom. Your rent also includes parking in one spot on the driveway which is monitored by security cameras. Your rent also includes internet and water, but you will be responsible for sharing electricity, gas, and occasional cleaning services. I do have one cat so would prefer no other animals but am open to trying to acclimate one other cat. The house is also brand new!
