Large Bedroom w/ Private Bath

Description

I'm renting out a room with a private bath in my condo. The condo is square feet, bath, with a bonus room and balcony. It comes with a pool and jacuzzi. You'll have your own parking space.

I'm asking $ a month, includes all utilities. The entire apartment is furnished. If you need the room furnished as well just let me know and we can discuss.

The HOA wants a background check. You pay it through their application.

I'm pretty easygoing, as long as there isn't too much noise and you keep clean. I'm rarely home unless to cook a quick meal or sleep. I work remotely but I prefer not to work from home.
