looking to rent the house in 2 sections to make it a little more afordable for the right people. section master bed room + extra room.section bedrooms with the hallway bathroom.the house is bed/2bath large kitchen and 2 living room areas."tv in one of the living rooms that i plan to leave in place.I live/work in las vegas % of the time... I recently took position of this house and am in the process of getting the permits for a casita building/ guesthouse.. I will keep the garage for myself and tools until the project finishes(guessing mts for permit and building) Ideally i am looking for long term tenants 6mt minimun lease. ideally mt lease. 1st/last/deposit to move in +$ application fee + $background/eviction checkutilities will be split evenly

i was going to airbnb the house but the permit was denied so going to rent rooms for the next few years...looking to rent rooms. i live in vegas about half of the year.rooms start at /mt and all utilities will be split evenly.this house is something very different from most vegas houses.also all rooms have their own ac/heating system with private temp controls.
