Master and private bath

Greetings Vale, I have a private spacious master bedroom + bathroom + living room area in a four bedroom single story home. The house is literally split in half with the kitchen separating both halves. You will be entitled to the living room adjacent next to the bedroom , barn doors have been installed for complete privacy. The other two roommates are professional males who occupy the other half of the house. They are very friendly and respectful to house quiet hours. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood zip is Mira Mesa. You will have your own fridge, shared washer and dryer in garage. Recently installed a house fan to help cool house. Parking in front but garage use is for storage only. The private room has a portable AC unit which can stay in the room. utilities, increase would be every other month for water.
