Looking for roommates for my 2 room

Hi! My names Ethan a yr Male and I have 2 rooms available for rent. I currently go to school at whitworth and am looking for people similar in age to me, I’m pretty easy to get along with and there is a shared living space and 2 bathrooms. The rent is just a flat $ per room and that is with Utilities & WiFi included, background and credit check will be required. There are a few fish tanks in the common spaces so if that is an issue I understand! Please do reach out! Partially furnished it has heating and a portable air conditioner currently no central ac unfortunately. The rooms are not furnished! Would prefer male roommates but open to all!
