Room for rent. I have this spacious private in-law suite available. For $ per month, you'll have your own entrance, full bathroom, and walk-in closet, with utilities included. You will still have full access to common areas (kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, garage, and yard).

Details: The room is ’ and has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. The house is located near the Tucson Mall in a gated community, which makes it a very safe and quiet neighborhood. For reference, there's a queen-size bed in the pictures.


Looking for a reliable, clean, fun person with a reliable source of income, and willing to sign at least a 6-month lease. I also currently have a female roommate.

About me: I'm a single dude in the Air Force who has no pets. I work out a lot and enjoy trying new things. I’m a very clean person who, when at home, watches TV, works on house projects, puzzles, and plays video games. I will soon start my graduate degree.
