I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, as my wife and I have moved out. There is 1 bedroom available in a 3-bed unit at The Summit at Coates Run. The other male and one female) are both very nice and students in engineering at OU. Rent is $/month. The property provides water and internet for free. The cost of electricity is divided evenly between the three tenants, then the property credits $ towards each tenant's bill every month. The property is also pet-friendly and includes in-unit laundry. Each room comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, nightstand, dresser, desk, and desk chair.
