Located just off East st Street, this multi-level townhouse offers a cozy, community-oriented environment with 8 unique rooms available for rent.

I live on the property (Room 1 – master bedroom), and I manage it alongside my partner. We’re currently offering private, furnished rooms across the second and third floors. Each room is individually styled and equipped for comfort. Here’s the layout:
• Room 2: Full-size bed with shared bathroom (3rd floor)
• Room 3: Currently occupied by a quiet elderly tenant
• Room 4: Personal-sized room with queen bed (2nd floor)
• Room 5: Bunk bed setup – queen on bottom, twin on top; shares bathroom just outside the door (2nd floor)
• Room 6: Full-size bed with private bathroom
• Room 7: Small private room sharing a bathroom with Rooms
• Room 8: Spacious queen bedroom with private bathroom (2nd floor)

The 1st floor features a shared kitchen, dining, and living space that leads to a split backyard:
• One side has a Jacuzzi spa for all tenants
• The other is a chill zone with a BBQ grill and seating

We value cleanliness and respect. Smoking (including vapes or e-cigarettes) is not allowed anywhere on the property, but you’re welcome to step off- if needed.
