Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I (working students in our early twenties) are looking for a roommate to fill one of our 3 available bedrooms in our spacious and welcoming two-story condo in a quiet neighborhood near SDSU and Lake Murray 🌿

- 1 private bedroom available for $/month. (Trash and water utilities included in rent, electricity and wifi paid on a monthly basis) (Furniture not included).
- bathrooms to be shared between three rooms (there is an additional bathroom that my boyfriend and I are sharing within our bedroom)
- Fully furnished living room and fully decked out kitchen (dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, microwave, fridge)
- In-unit washer & dryer
- Cozy shaded patio for relaxing or studying outside
- Access to community pool

- Less than 5 mins to SDSU by car
- Walking distance to Lake Murray (perfect for jogs, walks, or biking)

After completing a tour/interview, we will need a submitted credit report and background check for the application process. We will also need your last two months’ paystubs (3x monthly rent for each month) or school schedule. We’re looking for friendly, respectful, and clean individuals to share the space with.
