Room in South Salem

Description

I'm looking for a roommate to come onto the lease as early as August st. The lease will be month to month. Rent is $ and this includes utilities (minus electric) and internet. Electricity will sit somewhere around $ after splitting it depending on the season.

You are going to have to apply to rent here. There is a $ application fee. You'll need to provide 2 yrs rental history, valid photo ID, and 3 months pay stubs to turn in with the application. Upon move in you will need to pay a first months rent.

IF YOU HAVE A PET: The apartment will not allow dogs larger than lbs UNLESS you have them as a companion or emotional support animal. Two pet max. If you have a pet, you'll have to pay an additional $ deposite and there's a $ pet rent charge unless they're companion/emotional support, then there are no additional charges.

The apartment is in South Salem right across from Safeway. It's a quiet area generally, though there is another apartment building being constructed right outside the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and the people are nice.

A little about me: I (m) work as wildlandfirefighter. Depending on how busy the season is, we might not see too much of eachother during the season. Outside of work I play in a band, and really enjoy playing guitar. I also enjoy reading, watching shows and movies, being outdoors, karaoke, art, and working out.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. Bonus points if you enjoy music, movies, or outdoor adventures—it's always nice to share some common interests! That said, I'm pretty laid-back and value open communication to keep things running smoothly.
