Urgent Lease Take Over!

Looking for occupants to take over our 1-year lease by August . My partner and I already paid for the security deposit, but due to job changes, we have to leave by August. The apartment is somewhat close to the school, and there are multiple bus routes nearby as well.

Here are some other details about the apartment :
- Rent: $/month, and it includes everything but electricity.
- Electricity: $/month (it differs with usage)
- Pets are allowed, but there's a small fee
- It's Sq. Ft. and includes a balcony, 2 rooms, and 1 bathroom. It's under the name Seattle (Check pictured attached)
There's a built-in AC unit included in the apartment
Lease ends by July
