Clean Room in a safe neighborhood

Description

This one-bedroom comes furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and a TV. The shared spaces are the kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry areas. All rooms are part of a square feet nice, clean (new) house located close to Fort Campbell in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Wilma Rudolph. High-speed Internet and utilities are included in the rent. You must be able to have a voice conversation over the phone during daytime hours. There is no obligation from either party to contract. You are welcome to schedule a viewing of the home before you pay or sign anything. If you are a registered Sex offender, habitual or recreational drug user, save yourself some time and do NOT contact me at all. There will be a rental agreement along with respective background checks. Please note that the security deposit equals half a month of rent. I don't mind if you smoke, know we do have a very relaxing deck area with a nice view of nature here for you. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house.
