Private room in Arvada!

Description

We have a private room opening up on the first of August in a large three bedroom house located minutes from Old Town Arvada! This is an absolutely beautiful spot located right next to Majestic View Park.
The house will be shared by two other roommates, both in their early s. One of us works from home and the other goes into the office. We both work fairly early schedules and are looking for someone with compatible work hours (probably no super late night owls). We are both active outdoorsy guys, we are easy going and friendly. We are very tidy and respectful of our living spaces and are looking for a roommate who will match those standards. The house is also shared with one dog (Carl), he is very sweet and friendly. We want to keep this a one dog household so unfortunately no pets.

There would be an expectation to share in the maintenance and upkeep of the lawn and property. Mowing in the summer, raking leaves in fall, and shoveling snow in the winter.
Utilities are not included (but there are solar panels on the roof which drive down the electricity bill!)
