USC grad seeking local housing

Hello! My name’s Daniel V., and I’m from Wisconsin but just graduated USC this May of ! My housing with roommates unfortunately fell through, but I’m looking for a new home (hopefully as soon as this August 1st). I’m open to having roommates, or a room in someone’s house, but I’d prefer my own place (as I’m sure everyone would)! I’m looking for a place that’s ideally minutes or closer to USC, as I’ll have to drive to and from quite often. I’m looking for housing for at least 6 months, potentially longer if all goes well and I stay in the LA area (I’m a big traveler), and my budget is $/month.

About me:
I’m a -year-old singer mostly in Opera and Gospel, currently performing with The Opera Buffs, Ex Ilio octet, Adriana Dunn Singers, and soon with the LA Opera House. I’m respectful, tidy, and have extensive experience living with host families through my three years touring with the American Boychoir. I have older and one younger, living in Wisconsin and Puerto Rico. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and get along well with families and roommates!
