Need a kid friendly rental

Single mom of 2. I own multiple properties but a custody battle requires that I stay in Marietta every other week while my daughter is in school. Looking for a room for rent during those times. She is in sprayberry school district so I would like to be as close to there as possible but it's not mandatory. My daughter might occasionally want our cat there but the cat will primarily live in Alabama. The cat is raised like a dog and goes outside to potty.
