Description

Hello! I am renting my spare room and bathroom starting August month lease minimum, $ per month, utilities included. Utilities are water, gas, electric and wifi with most streaming services in the common room. I have 2 cats, Mumu & Zavy, who are shy but ultimately friendly. Bedroom comes with a queen size mattress and bed frame. Apartment complex is units and has a security gate, a pool, laundry on- and an elevator. My unit has a dishwasher and AC in every room. Shared spaces are mostly furnished, but needs a new couch.
