Room Available in 3-Bedroom Apt

Description

Looking for someone to rent a bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment, ideally long term. I (thirtyfive M, straight) am a filmmaker and have lived here for almost 9 years. My roommate (twentynine F, lesbian) is a barista who moved-in a couple months ago.

The move-in date is July twentythree. I apologize that the "Available Date" listed above is incorrect. There's not a way to change it.

The whole apartment is furnished except for the available bedroom. (The photos posted of the bedroom are how it looks now, but it will be cleaned out by the move-in date.) The apartment only has one bathroom.

Landlord does a background and credit check. If you're a student, you also need a full-time job. Our landlord WILL NOT consider anyone who is unemployed, even if you have a cosigner. There's a $forty fee to submit an application. The listed "Move-in Fee" is the security deposit.

I'm happy to schedule a video call and walk through the apartment before an in-person visit. There's central air and a washer/dryer in the apt. Street parking only, but it's rarely difficult to find.

The listed "Utilities Cost" (electric, gas, and Internet) was the monthly average for last year.

We are open to pets, as long as they don't shed too much. For dogs, our landlord charges a one-time fee of $fivehundred (unless it's a service dog). I'm not sure about other animals. I'd have to ask.

We are LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly.

We're just looking for someone who's chill and respectful. I often work from home, so we're not looking for any party types. Pay the rent on time and don't blast music, and we'll get along just fine.
