Room for rent in Highland Heights

bout the House:

New construction home in the Highland Heights, a gated community offering high end finishings throughout the place.

I'm renting out one of my guest bedrooms. Ideally looking for someone who's in the market for a short term rental up to 6 months (negotiable)

Ideal for travel nurses or students. If you would like more information/pictures or would like to see the unit just reach out to ask. I can accommodate a virtual or in person showing.

What you Get:
The room is not furnished but does already have a TV mounted that you're welcome to use.

The guest bathroom pictured would be a shared bathroom/shower you'd have. (It’s shared when my younger sister she lives with me and is 22)

Who's in the home:
Currently it's myself, I'm a sales professional who works a hybrid schedule. I'm 31.

My younger sister just moved in with me after graduating college.

Social Aspect:
Occasional game nights with friends etc but I'm pretty easy going.
I do have a small dog, he's a miniature Dachshund. He free roams in the home when I'm not there and extremely friendly and playful. And I'm temporarily housing my dad's dog also friendly, medium sized and is crated when I'm not home.
