The property is a bath with a fenced yard and storage shed. The room available is secluded from the rest of the house, separated by a large sun room. It is in a great neighborhood, located directly across the street from the local high school and multiple hospital and fitness facilities. Located close to all of the necessary amenities and only 4 miles from the beach and the Eau Gallie Art District! The room has it's own split air conditioning system, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. I've also added a brand new cubic foot mini fridge and microwave to the room. The Roku TV is on the dresser, but I can mount to the wall if you request so you can swivel the screen. The kitchen is completely available to you at any time as well as the laundry. The room has it's own private entrance through the sun room, which you can program your own entry code to, but you can use the front door if you'd like as well. I have 2 playful puppies who love chasing each other in the back yard.
