Hi,
I am looking for a second roommate to move into my bathroom apartment in the Claremont/West Bronx neighborhood beginning August th and may be available sooner. Rent is $/month and INCLUDES UTILITIES. First month’s rent and security deposit of $ are due before move in. You must provide a bank statement showing proof of monthly income sufficient to be able to make monthly rent.

The bedroom is rather large and is semi-furnished with a queen-sized bed. It also has two closets and will have the window air conditioner unit installed by the time you move in. The room can also comfortably accommodate a dresser, table and even a full-size couch while still leaving you with room.

It is in a spacious, non-modern apartment. It has a washer and dryer so you will not have to make any trips to the laundromat. There is also gym equipment (treadmill, elliptical and spin bike) in the apartment so you can avoid having to pay for a gym membership. The building is about in a relatively quiet area within close proximity to bustling neighborhoods of the Bronx. We are conveniently located near several supermarkets, bodegas and restaurants. The D train is just across the street and the 4 train is just 4 blocks away for an easy -minute commute into midtown Manhattan. The building has secure access and hallway cameras so it’s generally safe.

When you move in, you will be living with a female in her mid-’s and a female in her early ’s. The female in her ’s is hardly home. However, the eventual plan is for my elderly father to move in and replace the female in her mid-’s once he recovers from a recent illness and relocates here to live with me. You must, therefore, be comfortable living with an elderly male approaching -years old. We are clean, friendly and respectful roommates who tend to keep to ourselves. Hopefully, you will be the same.
